Important advantages
- With a Service Contract you can show
your auditor that you fulfil the requirements from the standards, and from
your Quality Assurance system, in respect of maintenance of your test
equipment
- There is no need for you to keep track
on when the instruments are due for next control. With a Service Contract,
or a Calibration Contract, Entomed MedTech AB will contact you a few
weeks before the control is due. You will also be reminded of that each time
you use the instrument since there will be a label saying when next
calibration is due. This will make it easier for you to plan your activities
to avoid unexpected down time during calibration
- With a Service Contract, or a
Calibration Contract, you will also have a discounted price list for repair
services of the instruments covered by the contract, both for repair found
at the planned annual calibration, and for repair between the planned
services
- In some cases we can offer you a
loaner, to an additional fee, during the service time if you are in a busy
period and can't have any down time for calibration or other service. This
can be signed into the contract.
